Yes, our group tours require a minimum of 4 participants in total to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, we will contact you well in advance to offer alternative dates, switch to a private option, or provide a 100% full refund.

Our group tours are designed to offer a complete, worry-free experience. Depending on the selected tour, inclusions feature minivan transportation and expert commentary throughout the day, cellar tours, private wine tastings at selected boutique estates, farm-to-table culinary products, local snacks, or traditional lunches where specified, taxes, credit cards fees, 8 hours duration.

You will be accompanied by a dedicated, professional English-speaking local guide who is also an expert wine and cultural specialist and a licensed driver on select private vehicles. Our guides are passionate locals who love sharing the authentic traditions, stories, and hidden gems of the region and the wines although each tasting will be lead by the wineries' team and owners.

Unfortunately for small group tours/semiprivate tours and specifically for wine tours, children under 16 years old are not accepted BUT we offer family-friendly pacing on all our private options

We do accommodate food allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy free, and other dietary needs.

Please info us at the moment of the booking or the latest in the morning when you get the pick up at your front door so we can still try to make the necessary arrangments.

Some people choose not to drink wine for several reasons and we totally understand and sympatize with your choices.

In case of pregnancy you should come anyway cause there is so much to enjoy: the views, thw commentaries, the extra virgin olive oil and the food... Let's say the overall experience.

In case of intolerances, just as a side note most of the wineries we select are organic, they use very little to no additives.

The price will be the same wheter you taste or not because the wineries charge per person for the tour and tastings so WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY DISCOUNT.

Yes, absolutely. Since the tour is private, you have total flexibility. 

You can request an earlier start to beat the crowds, extend your tour on the go if you are enjoying a specific location (subject to guide availability), or tailor the itinerary to fit your cruise ship or flight schedule.

Unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation, our private tours typically include:

• The services of a professional, licensed private driver

• Pre-booked reservations (where specified in the tour description).

• Customized itinerary planning tailored to your group.

Yes, we can easily accommodate brief stops for essentials, water, snacks, or local treats. 

However, please keep in mind:

• Extended grocery shopping or supermarket trips are not included in standard sightseeing itineraries.

• If you need dedicated time for shopping or stocking up your accommodation, please let us know in advance or discuss it with your guide at the start of the tour so we can adjust your schedule accordingly.

Unless explicitly listed in your inclusions, the following items are not covered:

• Gratuities/tips for your guide and driver (optional, but greatly appreciated for great service).

• Personal shopping, souvenirs, and extra expenses.

• Transportation to/from meeting points (unless a private driver transfer was specifically booked as part of your experience).

• Unfortunately we can't accomodate that as the vehicles are licensed as public transportation so beside that not eating is a polite gesture from our clients to avoid stains and crumbs or oily surfaces and damages, we also like to stree that drinking alcholic beverages in the vehicle is forbidden.

To secure your private tour reservation, we require:

• A deposit (or full payment, depending on the service) upon booking confirmation.

• Any remaining balances are clearly detailed in your booking invoice and must be paid by the specified deadline prior to the tour date.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. 

Our standard cancellation terms are designed to be as flexible as possible always considered we are not big companies or operators able to fill up quickly

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 21 days before the scheduled start time will receive hald refund

• Non-refundable elements: Please note that certain advance ticket purchases (such as high-demand museum entries like the Vatican or Colosseum, or third-party train/transport tickets) may be non-refundable once bought on your behalf.

• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within the threshold period or failure to show up at the designated meeting point are non-refundable.
