Tuscany is a region where visitors stay for several days sometimes for weeks and where repeating visitors are not a surprise.
Once here the clue is to get an authentic tuscan experience in whatever activity you will decide to take part to, and definitively to get the best you might need to be driven outside the cities where you will meet the locals, the families and you will be able to enjoy unique experiences.
For wine lovers there is a chance to visit a winery and with the winemaker's help create your own blend, make 12 bottles and have them shipped back home after some refining time inside the winery's cellars.
For food lovers a family style cooking class, inside a typical tuscan house with mom and grandma cooking with you pasta, pizza, dessert. Nothing fancy or professional but fun and personal.
For the refined palates and good walkers, from March till November, a truffle hunting session might be a cool experience to walk into the woods with a certified hunter and his dogs, find some, learn about, smell and then taste them with a full meal based on it.
