How to contact Cooltours® and book your driving guided services

Cooltours® operates tuscan wine tours and Tuscany sightseeing tours services the all year round

Except for December the 8th, December 23rd-24th-25th-26th-31st or some Sundays around Christmas Holidays, January 1st and January the 6th.

Between December and March, private driving services are always guaranteed while shared small group services are subjected to availability, so if you are interested please send us a request and we will tell you what's available.

Transfer services are always guaranteed anyway check for availability.

Between March and November, all services are guaranteed on a first who book basis and you can choose the kind of service you like between private or shared.

All bookings must be confirmed by email from both sides and for last minute requests are taken by phone calls or text messages but still we have to clearly confirm bookings at least with a written message in order to commit.

At the moment you accept all our terms and conditions, a deposit will be required in order to hold your spots/dates, most likely you will get a deposit request through our official Paypal account (cooltoursbyanna) and after the request is sent it will expire in within 1 week and if we do not hear from you anymore no spots and dates are confirmed, sorry!

Please when booking acknowledge for any special need such as walking issues, severe allergies or strict dietary restrictions so we can do our best to let you feel comfortable, get a great experience during the services booked although Cooltours® is not responsible.
