Cooltours® for your tours in Tuscany & Italy

Cooltours® operates Tuscan wine tours and Tuscany sightseeing tours the all year round 

In the winter months (Dec-Mar) we tend to run tours on week days (Mon-Fri) but we might be able to accept some type of bookings also during the weekends

Full days private tours in the tuscan countryside are always available during both slower and higher season, prices varies according to the type of tour, the pick up location and the number of participants/ Special prices for families 

Private tours are run for a minimum of 2 people and no maximum, so we can plan tours for bigger groups traveling together (8+)

Small group wine tours/Semiprivate wine tours are run when a minimum number of participants is reached (4 pp min) in the case nobody else signs up for a specific date we will provide clients alternatives dates/tours

We do not run tours on fixed days of the week but they are guaranteed on a first who book basis

In our small group tours the maximum size is 8 passengers so they are intimate and customized tours anyway

In winter months they are subjected to availability 

Bespoke Itineraries & Experiences are planned, quoted and run the all year round / Details given after a pre-payment

*Museum tickets are not refundable once purchased by our tour operator booking office

All bookings must be confirmed by email from both sides and last minute requests can be taken by phone calls or text messages but still we have to clearly confirm bookings at least with a written message in order to commit.

At the moment you accept all our terms and conditions, a deposit will be required in order to hold your spots/dates

You will get a deposit request through our official secure links 

The request will expire in within 1 week after that time we might follow up once again but in case of no answers no spots, dates, activities are hold or confirmed, sorry!

Please when booking acknowledge for any special need such as walking issues, severe allergies or strict dietary restrictions so we can do our best to let you feel comfortable, get a great experience during the services booked although Cooltours® is not responsible.
